
The Sceleton 1.0 is an adjustable carbon-steel sim racing chassis designed for home simulators, regular league racing and driver training.
Its modular construction allows the steering wheel, pedals, seat, monitor and accessories to be positioned according to the driver’s height, preferred driving position and installed equipment.
The chassis is designed primarily for entry-level and mid-range sim racing equipment. It supports both hard-mounted direct-drive wheelbases and steering systems that use their original desk clamps.
Construction and Finish
The Sceleton 1.0 frame is manufactured from carbon steel and finished with a durable black powder coating.
The complete chassis weighs approximately 27 kg. Its steel construction provides a rigid mounting platform for the steering system, pedal set, seat and accessories.
The frame stands on height-adjustable vibration-damping rubber feet. Each foot can be adjusted individually, allowing the chassis to be levelled on floors. The rubber feet also improve grip and help reduce the transfer of vibrations from the simulator into the floor.
Dimensions
In its standard configuration, the Sceleton 1.0 has an overall length of 174 cm and an overall width of 56.5 cm.
The integrated monitor stand can be adjusted up to a maximum height of 113 cm.
The chassis consists of two main sections connected by adjustable steel tubes. By extending or shortening these connecting tubes, the overall driving position can be adjusted by an additional 10 cm, depending on the required configuration.
Driver and Seat Compatibility
In its standard configuration, the Sceleton 1.0 can be adjusted for drivers approximately 140–190 cm tall without requiring additional components or modifications.

The adjustable connection between the front and rear sections allows the usable range to be extended or shortened by approximately 10 cm, making it possible to adapt the cockpit for drivers outside the standard height range.
The maximum supported user weight is 150 kg.
Seats with slider or mounting-rail assemblies up to 46 cm wide can be installed on the chassis. Compatibility should be checked using the width and mounting position of the seat rails rather than only the total external width of the seat.
The best option from Blue Dragon Racing shop for seats are the BDR BSB 1.0, BDR RBL 1.0 and BDR SB 1.0 seat options. The BSB 1.0 is a padded bucket-style seat with sliding rails, while the SB 1.0 has sliding rails and an adjustable backrest.
Compatible third-party seats can also be used when their rail width and mounting dimensions fit the Sceleton 1.0 seat platform.
Adjustment System
The Sceleton 1.0 includes 12 adjustment points, allowing the cockpit to be adapted to the driver and the installed equipment.
Depending on the configuration, the adjustment system allows the user to modify:
- steering-wheel height and distance;
- pedal-plate position;
- pedal-plate angle;
- seat position;
- chassis length;
- monitor position;
- accessory-mount position;
- individual floor-foot height.
All bolts and adjustment points should be checked and tightened after the final driving position has been selected.
Wheelbase Compatibility
The Sceleton 1.0 is suitable for wheelbases producing up to 10 Nm of torque. The Sceleton 1.0 can physically support wheelbases producing more than 10 Nm of torque. However, when higher-torque wheelbases are used during demanding driving conditions, the frame may produce occasional stress-related noises as forces move through the adjustable steel construction.
These sounds do not indicate structural damage. The frame is designed to handle the resulting loads, but its quietest and most refined operating range is with wheelbases producing up to 10 Nm.
For the best overall balance of rigidity, comfort and adjustability, wheelbases rated up to 8 Nm remain the ideal match for the Sceleton 1.0.

The mounting plate is made from carbon steel, allowing additional mounting holes to be drilled when required for other wheelbase models.
Any additional holes should be carefully measured and positioned with sufficient distance from the existing holes and the edges of the mounting plate.
Clamp-Mounted Steering Wheels
The Sceleton 1.0 also supports steering systems that use their original desk clamps.
The wheelbase platform and the surrounding frame structure were designed with clamp-mounted steering wheels in mind. Compatible steering systems can therefore be attached using their original clamps without requiring permanent modification of the chassis.
This makes the Sceleton 1.0 suitable for both entry-level clamp-mounted steering wheels and hard-mounted direct-drive wheelbases.
Pedal Compatibility and Adjustment
The Sceleton 1.0 pedal platform is designed for standard sim racing pedal sets and load-cell braking systems.
In its standard configuration, the pedal plate can be adjusted to an angle of up to 35 degrees. This allows the pedal position to be adapted to different seating positions, pedal sets and driver preferences.

The steel support bars are wide enough to allow an additional mounting position to be created when a steeper pedal angle is required.
Blue Dragon Racing recommends creating no more than one additional matching hole position in the pedal support bars. Drilling several additional holes or positioning holes too close together may reduce the structural integrity of the pedal assembly.
Additional holes should be:
- carefully measured before drilling;
- positioned away from existing holes and component edges;
- drilled symmetrically on both sides;
- sized for the original mounting hardware;
- protected after drilling to prevent corrosion of the exposed steel.
Any modification should be carried out carefully and at the user’s own responsibility.

Important Compatibility Notes
Equipment compatibility may depend on the mounting-hole pattern, clamp dimensions and mounting hardware used by the equipment manufacturer.
The pre-drilled wheelbase plate supports the listed models. Other wheelbases may require additional drilling or suitable mounting hardware.
Although the chassis supports wheelbases producing up to 10 Nm, systems rated up to 8 Nm provide the best overall match for the Sceleton 1.0 construction.
